The manufacturing process of T+A products has nothing in common with the conveyor belt system used by the large mass producers.

The high quality of our equipment and components, the outstanding workmanship and our insistence on production in Germany necessarily result in an adequate price level and relatively small unit production. We compensate for this by specialising in producing small numbers of a wide range of products, at the same time maintaining best possible quality. We concentrate on the production of sub-assemblies and end-products, and deliberately avoid any ambition towards large-scale production.

To cope with the variety of our product range, we sub-contract work to a number of companies which manufacture for us such products as loudspeaker cabinets and metal casings, or finished circuit boards. In all cases these items are made according to our strict specifications. Our staff is highly qualified and highly motivated, and they work together in teams; quality is the only criterion, and there is no question of piece-work in our company. Each product is subjected to a multi-stage quality control and monitoring procedure, and finished products are only approved for shipping after they have passed a complex computer-based final check.
