The TAL 110 is the smallest of the Criterion floor-standers, and boasts internal components of outstanding quality. As a result a sound image worthy of the Criterion name is produced effortlessly even from this super-slim cabinet. The transmission line is driven by two 17 cm bass units. In the mid-range/high-frequency area the 26 mm woven dome and 13 cm aluminium mid-range drive unit provide a typically free, airy and dynamic sound, harmonising perfectly with the presicion and liveliness of the bass range. Genuine bi-amping and bi-wiring are simple to set up; the only feature we have omited is the separate control over the frequency ranges |
